Printing/Emailing receipts

Once the guest has paid the balance for their packages/donations, the receipt is able to be printed and/or emailed.

  1. After payment has been taken from the guest, the Payment button in the bottom right corner will turn Green and say Finalize.
  1. If the guest would like the receipt emailed to them, check the box next to the Email Receipt and then Click Finalize.
    1. A box will pop up to either enter or verify the email address of the guest, then click Send Email.
    2. A Print Box will then pop up. Enter the number of copies wanted and click Print.
    3. If required, have the guest sign one copy for organization to keep and the other can be given to the guest to take to Package Distribution to collect their packages.
  2. If the guest would just the printed copy, simply click Finalize.

Once the Email Receipt Box is checked the first time, it remains checked on that computer for the rest of the check out session.
