Selling a No-Bids Auction Package at Check-Out
Often there are packages that do not sell during the auction. Guests have the opportunity to buy these packages as the checkout.
- Using Event Check-Out, search for the Contributor by entering the first three letters of the first or last name. Click on the correct name to open the record. The contributor can also be found by searching for the bid number, but bid number must be selected from the drop down menu on the right.
- In the top right corner, click on "Sell No-Bids"
- Check the box of the package the guest would like to purchase.
- The minimum amount will appear on the right. If the organization agreed they can pay less than the minimum, enter that amount in the white box on the right. A box will appear wanting to confirm the package is being sold for less than the minimum.
- Click confirm and continue on through the payment process.
