Changing your password

If you forgot your Auction Conductor password, or are locked out due to too many failed attepts, you can quickly regain access by changing your password. Click the Forgot Password link on the login pā€¦

If you forgot your Auction Conductor password, or are locked out due to too many failed attepts, you can quickly regain access by changing your password.
  1. Click the Forgot Password link on the login page
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account
  3. Click Recover Pasword
  4. Check your email for a link to reset your password
  5. Follow the link and enter your new password
All passwords must be at least 8 characters, containing at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number and one of the following special characters (!,@,#,$,%)
All passwords must be changed every 90 days for security reasons
