Quick Entry
Quick Entry provides a single screen to quickly sell packages that can be sold multiple times. IE: Raffle Tickets, Wine Pulls, etc...
It also provides a quick way to add Donations in real time if the event has a Cash Call, Fund-a-Need, Give to Live, or Paddle Raiser.
User must have Administrator access in Event Manager to use this feature.
- Click on Bids and Packages on the left side of the screen. Click on the Quick Entry Mode slider at the top of the screen moving it from the gray OFF position to the Green ON position.
- There are 3 options for Quick Entry at the top. Live Auction, Multi-Units, and Donations. Choose one option to proceed.
- The packages that have been previously created in Auction Conductor will populate under the option shown. Choose the Package you want to sell by double clicking on it.
- Fill in the Bid # and Qty. Click +Save .
- Using the Enter Key instead of the mouse to move between fields will yield faster results when doing quick entry sales.
- A SUCCESS message will appear below when the package has been sold correctly, and the cursor will return to the top field. You are now readey to repeat for the next package.
The quick entry screen will show how many units of the package have been sold and how many units of that package remain.
