Bug Fixes
- Made improvements to the hand-key credit card window for Firstpay processing.
- Eliminated the error message that would occur when the cardholder name contains a special character
- Improved field/button validation behavior to prevent errors on very slow internet connections
- Fixed an issue with sent message open/click tracking on email
- Removed Apple Pay credit cards from the list of payment types available for re-use, as all Apple Pay transactions must be intitated by the cardholder and threfore should not count as being "on file" in the system
