Q. Laptop Check-in/Check-out screen only displays an exclamation point error.
A. The connection to the site has timed out. Please log out and log back in.
Q. Check-in/check-out screen will not load, spinning wheel
A. The internet connection may be slow, if this does not go away within 30 seconds, notify a supervisor and check the internet connection.
Q. Pop-up box is unresponsive, background screen is very dark
A. Press F5 to restart from the main Check-in screen, or press F4 to close Chrome then relaunch the AES App.
Q. Print job didn't go through
A. Check that the laptop is on the correct wireless network, check the printer for Power, paper, or paper jams, check and clear the laptop's printer queue.
