Samsung M2020 Basic Troubleshooting
Check the Following
- The Power cord is connected properly and the machine is turned on
- The toner unit is installed properly
- The top cover is completely closed
- Paper is inserted properly in the paper tray
- The WiFi light is on
- The laptop is on the correct Wireless Network
- The correct Driver for the printer has been chosen and installed
If Using a USB cable, Check the Following
- USB cable is correctly inserted in the laptop USB port and printer USB port
- The printer icon is present in Windows Devices
- the IOGEAR software is running with the correct printer selected
