Samsung M2020 Basic Troubleshooting

Check the Following

  • The Power cord is connected properly and the machine is turned on
  • The toner unit is installed properly
  • The top cover is completely closed
  • Paper is inserted properly in the paper tray
  • The WiFi light is on
  • The laptop is on the correct Wireless Network
  • The correct Driver for the printer has been chosen and installed

If Using a USB cable, Check the Following

  • USB cable is correctly inserted in the laptop USB port and printer USB port
  • The printer icon is present in Windows Devices
  • the IOGEAR software is running with the correct printer selected
