When a Patron is Marked Company Type
We made a change to the checkout process in ELP to better accommodate companies purchasing sponsorships or multiple admission tickets.
During the checkout process, when the user selects "Company" under thier billing profile:
We are now making it impossible for the user to select "this is my ticket" on the proceeding guest information forms.
The end result is that the company will now have a seperate contributor for billing purposes only, with all corresponding tickets/guests having individual contributors beneath the company.
Switching users
When a contributor is currently logged in, and they choose to open a smart link from a different contributor record (such as a spouse), we used to show a warning message that prevented them from proceeding until they logged out and tried again. Now, we are displaying both profiles and allow the user to choose which profile they want to use.
Download receipt linked to new type
On the purchase confirmation screen, the Download Receipt button is now connected to the appropriate receipt type (found under Setup > App Settings > Printed Receipts)
Auction Conductor (AC)
Contributor detail form change (created by data)
Added data for 'Created by' to the Contributor detail page.
Messaging snippet change (PDF receipt)
In Messaging > Message Details, the receipt PDF snippet is now connected to the appropriate receipt type (found under Setup > App Settings > Printed Receipts)
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue with the "Reassign Bid Numbers" function, where it would skip open numbers in the sequence.
- Added some new behavior to the hand-key credit card form for Firstpay, to prevent a cryptogram error (ERROR: Please complete required fields) when the user is on a slow/unstable internet connection.
