Auction Conductor

  • Corrected a reciept issue where package value was calculating incorrectly for multiples of multi-unit sales.
  • Custom report generator will no longer give an error when the affiliation type contains a special character.
  • Realigned text in the messaging center > message > reciepient list > email column. The field now acommodates very long email addresses without being cut off.
  • Made adjustments to the big screen report > cash call, to fix an issue where the names would occasionally stop scrolling while being hand-keyed into the system.
  • In messaging center, fixed the URL contained in the 'PDF receipt' magic link/button.
  • Made improvements to the apply to accounts function in the payments tab, to fix an issue where payments could be incorrectly applied twice to the same credit card.

Event Manager

  • Fixed an issue where credit cards could be swiped or hand-keyed for specific payment types that are not being accepted.
  • When a new Contributor is created at check in, they will now be marked as attending type, in order to accurately reflect the number of checked-in patrons.

Event Microsites

  • When the countdown to the event is being shown, there was an issue with timezones that has been corrected to show the correct time.
  • Fixed an error with First Pay credit card processing forms.
  • Accounted for lack of daylight savings time in the Arizona region, in regards to the ICS calendar invites.
  • Made an adjustment to the invite your guests page in express-check-in. Now it is possible to leave some rows blank, for example if the guest email is unknown.
  • Fixed a bug in Chrome browsers that could cause the mandatory processing fees to be de-selected.

Android Tablet Kiosk Application

Changes were made to the app to accommodate Andoid 8.1.

  • Top menu bar will now display date, time and battery level
  • Bottom menu bar is set to auto-hide
  • When booting up the tablet, the user will now see a message to click the power button once to continue. After clicking the power button, the table will launch the mobile bidding application and the card reader will be activated.
This function is required to put the tablet into full screen kiosk mode (locking the Andoid navigation buttons) and to activate the mobile card reader (if applicable).
