Item/Package Location
Sometimes donors promise donations, but they physically are not in the possession of the organization. Item/Package Location allows the user to enter the item/package into Auction Conductor and add a location for later follow up.
To enter the types of locations, Click on Setup, then Item/Package Location Tab. Then click the plus sign to add a location type.
Types of locations could include:
- Donor to bring day of
- Lisa's Office
- Need to pick up from location
- Etc....
When entering a package, the list of Item/Package Location types will appear in the drop down menu under Location.
