Running Big Screen Reports During the Event

Big screen reports are set up and launched in Auction Conductor, not Event Manager. Set them up before the event. When it's time to show one, go to Reporting > Big Screen Reports in Auction Conductor and launch it from there.
Donations entered with Quick Entry in Event Manager appear on the Cash Call report as they're entered.
Each report is covered in its own article:
- Cash Call: shows donor names and the total raised during the paddle raise, with an optional goal thermometer.
- Countdown Timer: shows the time left before the silent auction closes.
- Big Screen Report Settings: slideshows, colors and showing the total raised.
- Setting a Background Image on Big Screen Reports: puts your own image behind the reports.
