# Running Big Screen Reports During the Event

Big screen reports are set up and launched in **Auction Conductor**, not Event Manager. Set them up before the event. When it's time to show one, go to **Reporting > Big Screen Reports** in Auction Conductor and launch it from there.

Donations entered with Quick Entry in Event Manager appear on the Cash Call report as they're entered.
